Start your day with 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 avocado and top it off with salsa. Make your next meal/snack a protein shake loaded with fruits and veggies that has 20 grams of protein in it. Eat that when you feel hungry, not on a set time frame. You can then plan on a small snack after that with protein and a veggie, and I guarantee you will not be ravenously hungry for dinner.
