In honor of Valentines Day let’s make our shakes pretty and red this week!

1 cup almond milk
Protein powder of your choice (NO SOY)
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup cooked beets
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Shot of espresso for an added kick (If you like that sorta thing)

Blend. Sip. Smile. Love.
