Sweat a little every day. Don’t think about the calories you’re burning, think about how good it is for your body to detox and sweat! Enjoy the process and the process feels a lot less like work.

The woman in the back is 96 and the woman in front is her 60 year old daughter. Blood flow and cardiovascular health will keep you looking young and vibrant. Stop wasting your money on a quick fix (oh… there isn’t one, by the way) and start doing something for your body that will have real and LASTING effects. Your body will thank you for it.

Rated R, but fantastic on every level.

Nutrition should be your main focus.

All too often we think the gym and our time there will give us the body we’ve always wanted. It’s just not true. The gym burns extra calories and shapes muscles but the reality is…. Your nutrition will determine your success. You will never be able to burn off bad eating habits. I don’t care how many hours you have to spend in the gym. And why would you want to? To be sore, all the time? To be hanging out with meatheads, all the time? Really, the easiest way to a lean body is in the kitchen. 3 small meals a day plus 2 snacks. ALWAYS mix a lean protein with a vegetable, fruit or healthy low GI, gluten free carb. Brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal or quinoa. Portion sizes are very important. 1/2 cup carb with protein and unlimited green leafy veggies and you’re set! 100 ounces of water, 5000 iu of Vitamin D and Essential Fatty Acids. Every day. Don’t count calories, listen to your body. Eat when you’re hungry and stop eating when you feel satisfied. Remember to add small portions of healthy fats to every meal. Avocado, olive oil, walnuts, almonds or olives. Fat will not make you fat, it will satisfy your hunger. Remember that. Your success is in your food intake. Don’t obsess. Eat healthfully and refrain from processed foods. It will take some time to transition, but once you do…. It’s easy my friends!!! Trust. One day at a time. One meal at a time. Success is in your hands. Choose to commit and make it happen!

Eat clean, feel clean, be clean.
