Your clean eating week starts with these two items. Sautéed veggies and hard boiled eggs. Use the eggs for snacks paired with fresh veggies or apples and add your sautéed veggies to chicken, quinoa or brown rice for your fast and easy lunch. If you add white wine vinegar to the sauté after it’s cooled the flavor will marinate in best. Making this took 30 minutes total. With chicken to shred in the crockpot, my week of food is done! It’s worth the time on Sunday knowing your week is prepped for. Get up, now! Stop watching football and PREP!!! It’s worth it.
