Yes. I need to check myself into rehab for loving spaghetti squash. I cook one up on Monday and eat it all week. Throw some marinara and ground turkey on it, mix it into your veggie sauté, place lemon grilled chicken on it or mix it in with your turkey chili. It makes you think you are eating pasta, but you’re not! It’s brilliant. So cut that thing in half and steam it up!! Enjoy this fall with a hearty and healthy meal staple. Eat up!!
