Pay attention to what you are putting into your body! Is your coffee creamer made out of the same chemical as Tupperware? (Most are, btw) Is the “diet soda” you are addicted to making you crave more sugar, oh and probably giving you cancer? Are you eating meat and chicken that is ravished with hormones and antibiotics? Does your cereal in the morning spike your blood sugar, which in turn makes you feel like crap all day? Do you eat French Fries, regularly? Are you addicted to sugar? Just stop. Stop it all… This body is all we have my friends. Please, take your health seriously. Treat your body like the temple that it is… Every. Day.
