My favorite, quick dinner right here!

Red kale chopped(spine out)
Red lettuce
1/4 cup brown rice
Grilled chicken
Yellow peppers
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Minced Garlic
White wine vinegar

Mix the vinegar and garlic together in a separate bowl. Put kale in bowl and massage with olive oil to soften. Then add all other ingredients, and vinegar mixture. Mix well, top with salt and pepper and enjoy!!

Make it a goal to have a salad like this at least 4 nights a week! It will help with weight loss and its sooooo good for you! Now go eat!
