So today I went to yoga for the first time in almost a year. It’s amazing what some time for yourself will do for the soul. If you’ve never tried it, I urge you to get in a class and get some yoga up in your life. We don’t know we are carrying too big of a load until we have some time in our body to really feel it. It will bring you back. You will feel tired and renewed all at the same time. Drink some fresh juice after and eat a good meal. Write down how you felt, then do it again in a few days. It may change your life!
